Do I pay grocery prices?
Yes. You pay the item price for groceries, and your membership covers the delivery and service (no per-delivery fees).
If an item price changes due to market pricing, you’ll see it reflected on the product.
Membership = service + delivery access.
Groceries = item cost.
How are items selected?
We curate items that meet three standards:

Delivery-ready (travels well, arrives correctly)
You’ll see staples, seasonal favorites, and premium options without a cluttered “endless aisle.”
What stores do you shop?
We source from trusted local and national grocery partners based on availability and quality.
If you have store preferences, VIP tiers can request them when possible.
How do substitutions work?
You choose your substitution preference once, and we follow it:

Same brand only

Same item, different size

No substitutions
We only message you when a substitution would be meaningfully different or when you’ve selected “no substitutes.”
VIP+ members can opt into hands-off substitutions for a fully concierge experience.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver in Dana Point and surrounding Orange County neighborhoods as capacity allows.
Membership is intentionally limited by area so delivery windows remain reliable.
Are delivery fees really $0?
Yes. Membership covers delivery, so you won’t see per-delivery fees at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Membership is month-to-month unless otherwise stated.
Do you deliver same-day?
Same-day is available when capacity allows. VIP tiers receive priority access to available windows.
Do you offer white-glove delivery?
Yes, on qualifying tiers or as an add-on depending on your plan and location.
