Overview

Apex Delivered is a membership-based grocery delivery service built around careful handling, consistency, and trust.



Membership Refunds

First Delivery Guarantee

Your first delivery is covered by our First Delivery Guarantee.

If your first Apex delivery does not meet your standards, you may request:

  • A refund of your membership fee, or

  • A credit applied to a future delivery

Requests must be made within 48 hours of your first completed delivery.

This guarantee applies one time per household.


After the First Delivery

Once your first delivery has been completed, membership fees are non-refundable.

Membership provides access, scheduling priority, and service standards that begin immediately upon activation.

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges.


Grocery Item Refunds

Because groceries are perishable and selected specifically for you:

  • Grocery items are not refundable once delivered

  • We do not accept returns on food items

However, if an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing

  • Or clearly below acceptable quality

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We may issue a store credit or a Full Refund to your original form of payment. Which- ever you choose. 


Delivery Fees & Service Fees

  • Completed delivery fees are non-refundable

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or access issues are not eligible for refund


Cancellations

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shopping begins for a full grocery refund

  • Once shopping has started, orders cannot be canceled

Membership Cancellations

  • Memberships can be canceled anytime through your account

  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a retroactive refund (except under the First Delivery Guarantee)


Abuse & Fair Use

To protect service quality for all members:

  • Excessive refund requests may result in account review

  • Apex Delivered reserves the right to limit refunds or credits in cases of misuse or repeated claims

To request a refund, credit, or support:

  • Contact us through your account dashboard or support email

  • Include your order number and a brief explanation

We respond promptly and handle issues with discretion.
