Apex Delivered Local Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Apex Delivered, we make getting the groceries and products you need simple and convenient. This policy explains our local delivery area and our shipping options throughout the United States.

1. Local Delivery

Apex Delivered offers local delivery for eligible orders located within a 15-mile delivery radius of our applicable delivery locations.

Local delivery availability may vary depending on the customer's address, product availability, operating hours, and delivery capacity.

Local Delivery Fees

Local delivery fees may vary by promotion, location, or order type. Any applicable delivery fee will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.

Customers may also qualify for promotional $0 delivery fee offers.

2. Local Delivery Area

To determine whether an address qualifies for local delivery, Apex Delivered may calculate the distance between the customer's delivery address and the applicable Apex Delivered fulfillment or delivery location.

Addresses located more than 15 miles from the applicable delivery location may not qualify for local delivery.

Apex Delivered reserves the right to limit or decline delivery to locations that are outside our serviceable delivery area or otherwise difficult or unsafe to access.

3. Local Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or through customer communications.

Delivery times may be affected by:

• Order volume
• Grocery availability
• Traffic
• Weather
• Holidays
• Unexpected delivery delays
• Customer availability
• Other circumstances outside Apex Delivered's reasonable control

If a significant delay occurs, Apex Delivered may contact the customer regarding the order.

4. Nationwide Shipping

For customers outside our local 15-mile delivery area, Apex Delivered offers shipping to eligible addresses throughout the 50 United States.

This includes:

• The 48 contiguous United States
• Alaska
• Hawaii

Shipping availability may vary by product. Certain products may be unavailable for shipment due to product characteristics, carrier restrictions, applicable laws, or other logistical limitations.

5. Flat-Rate Shipping

Apex Delivered offers a simple nationwide shipping rate:

$6.99 FLAT-RATE SHIPPING

The $6.99 shipping fee applies regardless of the amount ordered.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the shipping fee does not increase based on the order subtotal.

6. Shipping Processing Times

Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing and transit times may vary depending on:

• Order volume
• Destination
• Carrier schedules
• Weekends and holidays
• Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

Estimated shipping information will be provided during checkout when available.

7. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Apex Delivered is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

8. Perishable and Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain grocery products may not be eligible for nationwide shipping because of their perishable or temperature-sensitive nature.

Products that require refrigeration, freezing, special handling, or controlled shipping conditions may be restricted to local delivery or may be unavailable for shipment.

Product availability and shipping eligibility will be determined at checkout.

9. Alaska and Hawaii

Apex Delivered ships eligible products to Alaska and Hawaii for the same $6.99 flat shipping fee, unless a product or specific promotion states otherwise.

Certain products may be excluded from shipment to these states because of carrier restrictions, product requirements, or other logistical limitations.

10. Delivery and Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise has a problem, please contact Apex Delivered as soon as possible.

Refund requests are subject to the Apex Delivered Refund Policy, including the applicable 7-day refund request period.

11. No Guarantee of Delivery Date

While Apex Delivered and its shipping partners work to meet estimated delivery dates, delivery dates and times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Apex Delivered is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. Policy Changes

Apex Delivered reserves the right to modify this Local Delivery & Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted through our website or applicable customer communication channels.

By placing an order with Apex Delivered, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this policy.
